What You Need to Know

• We don't share our client contact information with anyone for commercial purposes - period.
• We do use some outside services to help us manage our contact information. We do not grant permission for those service providers to use your contact information for anything other than Whittier Consulting Group, Inc.'s activities. We do our best to ensure that the providers are reputable and secure. If you believe someone has obtained your email address from us and using it for their own purposes, please let us know immediately so that we can put a stop to it.

Data Collection

• For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

• We collect the e-mail addresses of those who subscribe to the LPDRC, request our email newsletter, or post comments to our blog, and the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail.

We do not collect this information ourselves on-line and off-line credit card information is destroyed as soon as it has been delivered to our providers.

Other Policies

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information and get it corrected by emailing, writing or calling us at the above address.
