This web learning experience explores how to use lean thinking in the early stages of product development, from product strategy development through concept evaluation and chartering.

Format
Katherine will conduct each live session personally. All sessions are on Friday mornings at 8:00 a.m. Pacific / 11 a.m. Eastern / 1700 CET for one hour.
Each session will be recorded. The recorded presentation with slides will be distributed to the participants. Each participant will have the ability to download the recording.
There will be homework assignments between each session, and Katherine is available by email to answer questions about the homework.
Join the series at any time. You will be sent the recordings you missed, and Katherine will work out a plan to catch you up on your homework.
